Why are we doing this?

We believe that all non-executive directors deserve access to the best knowledge available and to some of the most skilled and experienced non-executive directors in the world.

We believe that together we are better.  We believe in empowerment.

And so we’ve created a community of knowledgeable and respected non-executive directors, who meet regularly, exchange views, solve problems and support each other’s career and personal development.

What is a Board Hypothetical?

We know that the best learning occurs when the experts imparting knowledge share first-hand experiences.

So we’ve invited a few of the most respected Non-Executive Directors in Australia to sit on a ‘hypothetical board’, which will address the problems around Class Actions, live in front of an audience of non-executive directors and senior executives.

The session includes:

  1. Live Board Session - featuring well-respected directors on the board, and tackling the problem of a Class Action
  2. Open Q&A between the board members and all the guests at the event and
  3. Structured opportunities to connect with other respected directors and knowledgeable Senior Executives.

The live sessions cover complicated issues and are designed to “carve” clarity out of the complexity.
